Servant Systems Enables VoIP Integration for the Dwyer Group Franchises

As the adoption of Voice over Internet Protocol solutions has been increasing worldwide, advanced technologies are being developed to enhance the overall quality and performance of these offerings.

Servant Systems, Inc., a provider of software development and integration services, has announced that it has successfully completed a VoIP integration project for The Dwyer Group. Based in Waco, Texas, the Dwyer Group is a holding company for seven franchise companies, which offer various maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial properties.

Offering advanced solutions to various international franchise systems and other multi-unit organizations, Servant Systems is a member of the International Franchise Association and has also been a part of the Microsoft (News - Alert) Partner Network since 1992. It also develops customized applications for daily operations and sales reporting; and creates a range of essential management tools that enable enterprises in boosting their operational efficiency, marketing performance and profitability.

According to Don DeSmith, president at Servant Systems, the company has integrated a VoIP telephone system with the ZWare franchisee management system of Dwyer, which helps in dispatching of mobile technicians and franchisee operations for a number of brands such as Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, The Grounds Guys, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Electric, Mr. Rooter and Rainbow International. Apart from that, the company also runs a range of glass shops in New England under the Portland Glass brand name.

Displaying a ‘screen pop’ for incoming calls, the solution enables customer service representatives to respond to calls from customers, vendors and employees in a proactive manner. Further, it features enhanced reporting capabilities on call activity such as dropped calls, so that the responsiveness to customers can be improved.

In April 2012, Sheermans Limited, a Domino’s Pizza multi-unit franchisee based in the UK, announced that it selected Servant Systems, Inc. as the system integrator for implementing Domino’s PULSE Franchise Office System and PULSE Polling System in 25 stores based in London and other cities.
