Discounted VoIP for the Olympic Games Offered

There are fewer things in the world that have the ability to pack a major city full of people then the Olympic Games. After all, people come from literally, all over the world, in order to participate and see the Games. While that does make for security issues and some really crowded city streets, there are also a few other complications that many of us don't consider at the Games. Take, for example, the simple task of trying to make a call. With so many people on their mobiles using up lines, you might find that getting calls through is not as simple as it would normally be.

To that end, and to relieve at least one of the complications of being in one of the most crowded places in the world right now, one company is bringing inexpensive VoIP to the Games. That company is Nymgo (News - Alert), and it is discounting its calling services in the city of London by 50 percent for the duration of the Olympic Games. That means the deal will last until the 12th of August, when the Games end and residents in the city of London can begin to resume their normal lives again, without extra police presence and playing host to the world.

Nymgo's CEO, Omar Onsi, had the following to say about the deal that the company is offering to the athletes and visitors to the games, “Nymgo is excited to provide a special offer for calls from the Olympic Games 2012. We believe that those at the Olympic Games and the people who want to hear from them will experience the highest quality and consistency in call clarity, and will stay with us after the Games to experience the Nymgo difference for international VoIP calling.”

For those of you not familiar with the company, Nymgo is a five year old VoIP service provider that allows mobile phones, and smartphones to run on its network. The system also supports text messaging for those who prefer not to have to figure out the time zones when dialing internationally.
