The solution connects to the existing PBX (News - Alert), key system or POT lines, allowing clients to maximize their phone's capabilities to deliver a highly dynamic, scalable and cost efficient communications solution.
Dynamic PRIs provide a single network connection for the voice and Internet services. TouchTone's IP platform maximizes performance by intelligently allocating bandwidth based on the call volume and Internet usage the office requires at any given time. Voice traffic always takes priority over data traffic.
