Easy Office Phone Announces Hosted PBX Dealer Program for North America

SipTrunkingReport Contributing Editor

Easy Office Phone, a provider of hosted PBX business phone services, has expanded its Hosted PBX Dealer Program across North America. Dealers may easily offer hosted PBX services to their clients to pursue new revenue streams through the program, which feature a commission structure and simple integration with existing products and services portfolios.

The commission structure of the Hosted PBX Dealer Program offers multiple levels of incentives for participants, who may include managed service providers (MSPs) or resellers. It offers an intuitive interface so dealers may simplify and speed up their sales cycles, from the time of initial lead entry to a fully converted account.

The program also offers training and support resources that are available online, as well as marketing collateral that may also be co-branded. Easy Office Phone will also refer leads to dealers in their local areas, with the intent of scheduling an in-person meeting and assessment. Referrals like these may turn into new sales opportunities for dealers, including hardware sales, network consulting and value-added services.

Dealers participating in the program will benefit from enhanced customer retention and satisfaction, as well as a robust North America-wide network architecture that is optimized for voice quality and reliability. MSPs and resellers may also be assured that a support team with a known response rate is ready to back them up.

According to Carl Watene, VP sales and channel development for Easy OFfice Phone, the program is an ideal complement to dealers' existing lines of business.

“We understand that our dealers need to focus primarily on their core service offerings,” said Watene. “That’s why we’ve designed the program to facilitate a rapid sales cycle, with full training and a wide range of marketing resources. We give our dealers the right tools to succeed, and we back them with a dedicated project manager and technician.”

“We’ve structured the program to be highly rewarding for our partners, and we believe it’s the best of its kind in the marketplace,” he added.

The Easy Office Phone hosted PBX model is based on business voice over IP (VoIP) instead of traditional PSTN phone services. This enables users to maintain a completely virtual office while providing better customer service at a much lower cost. Users may keep their existing phone numbers, scale services to meet their changing needs, easily connect branch offices, set up virtual offices in multiple locations and receive find me/follow me features wherever they go. Services are simple to set up and implement as well.
