beroNet recently announced the introduction of the new environment-friendly beroNet Telephony Appliance. The latest offering from beroNet has been developed as an open, modular, OS agnostic platform which can work with virtually any software-based VoIP IP-PBX (News - Alert) solution available in the market today.

beroNet is based in Germany as one of the premier providers of VoIP PBX telephony access solutions.

The new beroNet Telephony Appliance, based on the Intel (News - Alert) ATOM N2800 2x1, 86Ghz, has been developed over a solid-state platform. And because there are no moving parts, the beroNet Telephony Appliance does not make any noise.

Furthermore, the beroNet Telephony Appliance features a hardened rust-free 100 percent aluminium case, along with the famed beroNet modularity to address all connectivity scenarios for PRI, BRI, Analogue, Hybrid, GSM and Skype (News - Alert) line interfaces.

The system, extensible thanks to a built-in PCM Interface, can be continually managed and monitored via the beroNet’s robust cloud platform. The new beroNet Telephony Appliance, which stands at only 1U and comes with 19-inch rack mounting brackets, has been designed to run under 24W, making it the most environmentally-friendly system currently available across the industry.

Designed and manufactured in Germany, the new beroNet PBX Telephony Appliance has been priced at EUR 879 MSRP. The company will however provide discount of up to 35 percent to its partners.

The system is currently available for shipment directly from the beroNet shop.
