Vox Communications Launches New International Calling Plan

Pervasip subsidiary, VoX Communications, announced the introduction of a new international calling plan available for download via its Android (News - Alert) mobile voice app, available on Google Play.

VoX delivers VoIP and video telephone services across the globe, including mobile VoIP services and applications. Its VoIP leverages any 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection.

The subscription-free plan, called “Pay and Go,” can even be topped up with amounts as low as $1, and users can call anywhere in the world. The plan does not require a monthly subscription fee.

“This development allows us to market our mobile VoIP services to prepaid calling card users, mobile wallet users, international carriers and international consumers that want to have the convenience and savings of having a second phone line on their mobile device,” said chief marketing officer, Barry MacCheyne.

Several upgrades have been made to the VoX Android app such as low balance warning, account balance and audio notification to the subscriber, which gives the amount of calling left under the plan.

The “Top Up Now” button allows subscribers to make top ups or replenish an account.

“Consumers no longer have to pay a fixed monthly fee to make low-cost mobile phone calls. With our VoX mobile Pay And Go app, they can decide how much money to add to their account, and they can call any country in the world,” added MacCheyne.

Most mobile phone companies require the purchase of monthly minutes which may even go waste due to non-usage. But the “Pay and Go” app offers low rates and does not lock subscribers into entering minimum monthly plans.

A VoX user can subscribe from the phone and choose a U.S. phone number without leaving the interface. This makes the sign-up process smooth and simple. The mobile VoIP paid plans, available at affordable rates, provide high-quality and reliable mobile VoIP service.

Officials added that new subscribers can experiment the service by downloading the app for a free 60-minute trial. They get to make calls to any country on the unlimited calling list or sign up for zero monthly subscription fees.

Cypress, California-based SmarTerminal Computers, Inc. (SCI) has announced a marketing agreement with VoX Communications (News - Alert). Under the agreement, SmarTerminal will include VoX’s mobile VoIP app as the preferred VoIP service on its Titan T8A, a rugged, military grade tablet.
