Thinking Phone Networks, a cloud unified communication solution provider, has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the leaders quadrant of its highly regarded 2012 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) report.

According to the officials from Thinking Phone, the company has been recognized for ThinkingSuite unified communications ecosystem which integrates communications with business applications and allows enterprises to redefine business processes and workflows for organizational efficiency and competitive advantage. “We believe recognition as a UCaaS Market Leader by Gartner, Inc. is a tremendous honor and recognition of the significant work we have done to develop a first-of-its kind, fully integrated cloud communications platform,” said Steve Kokinos, Thinking Phone Networks president & CEO. “The Magic Quadrant inclusion confirms our view of the value we offer enterprises, service providers, and partners in deploying cloud communications services to streamline business processes and lower costs.”

The ThinkingSuite ecosystem is an open architected platform that includes an extensive library of Web services APIs and connectors to facilitate third-party application integration. ThinkingSuite cloud services are deployed by hundreds of enterprises at thousands of corporate locations around the globe.
