Lyfe Communications, Inc. (LYFE), is all set to bring a change in the lives of residents at The Mayfair at Turtle Creek apartment complex in Dallas, Texas.

In its capacity as a developer and provider of next generation media services that promise to integrate TV, high speed Internet and voice services, it entered into a bulk contract to provide services to almost 150 customers in the apartment complex, noted officials.

“Bulk service contracts with apartment complexes and property management groups are a tremendous asset to the company because they allow us to provide services to each tenant in the property on day one," said Garrett Daw, executive vice president, operations at Lyfe Communications.

As per the terms of the contract, the company will implement its services in the first quarter of 2013 and will be valid through 2015. In addition, Lyfe Communications will follow on with subscription telephony services.

Daw also noted that the deal would imply contractual monthly revenue for all units and was also a tremendous opportunity to offer additional services to an existing customer base.

The company’s patent-pending innovations take traditional digital television delivery and convert it to a 100 percent IP-based network and service operation. With viewer patterns changing, modes of accessing information and interacting with people transforming, newer ways of staying connected are emerging.
