Gartner Lists PanTerra in 'Visionaries' Quadrant of Its Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications- as- a- Service

PanTerra Networks recently announced that it has been listed in the "Visionaries" quadrant of Gartner’s North America 2012 Unified Communications –as- a -Service (UCaaS) Magic Quadrant.

PanTerra Networks has been providing mid-market enterprises (MME) with cloud-based fully managed and self-managed unified IT service solutions that help in enhancing productivity and help clients develop an elastic and flexible IT infrastructure. Gartner analysts, Daniel O'Connell and Bern Elliot wrote in the Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications –as- a -Service, North America report , "Gartner analysts evaluate UCaaS service providers based on the breadth, quality and overall maturity of their applications, processes, tools and procedures that enhance individual, group and enterprise communications. Ultimately, UCaaS providers are judged on their ability and success in capitalizing on their vision."
