EYEMAGINE Deploys Toshiba's IPedge EP VoIP Business Telephone System

EYEMAGINE recently announced that it has deployed a new IPedge EP Voice over IP business telephone system from Toshiba's Telecommunication Systems Division. EYEMAGINE is a specialist eCommerce solutions provider.

Toshiba's IPedge EP, which has been designed to provide users with a scalable and effective voice communication presence, consists of: One IPedge EP business telephone system; Toshiba IP 5000-series desk telephones; Unified Messaging, which makes it easy for users to receive e-mail, faxes, and voice messages in their e-mail inboxes; and Enterprise Manager which enables easy on-site management.  

The IPedge EP proved to be an effective communication solution for callers. The Automated Attendant feature ensures that callers to EYEMAGINE are greeted appropriately depending on the time of day.
