Xtend Allies with Matrix Comsec

Xtend Technologies, a company that specializes in developing and delivering computer-based telephony solutions, recently announced that its Outbound Dialer (OBD) has been successfully tested for interoperability with products from Matrix Comsec, a manufacturer of VoIP products such as IP-PBX (News - Alert), IP-Servers, VoIP Gateways and IP Phones.


As a result, users will now be able to leverage strong connectivity with legacy and omnipresent networks.

Xtend Outbound Dialer (OBD) is a communication product with features to deliver information to customers about various services, offers, etc. Xtend OBD, also known as Outbound Dialer, is an automated dialing system that dials a list of phone numbers in a group through multiple channels.

Xtend OBD tries to reach more than thousands of people in diversified languages.

Matrix offers IP-PBX, Universal Gateways, VoIP Gateways and Terminals, GSM Gateways, Access Control and Time-Attendance Systems, Video Surveillance System and Fire Alarm Systems. These solutions are feature-rich, reliable and conform to the international standards.

Having global foot-prints in Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Africa through an extensive network of more than 500 channel partners, Matrix ensures that the products serve the needs of its customers longer and more quickly.

Sharing views on this interoperability program, Sajeev Nair, manager of Product Management, Matrix Comsec, said, “Matrix with a wide range of IP-PBX and VoIP Gateways have identified the need to offer more opportunities to call centers to increase their efficiency.
