3CX Solutions Provide Great Benefits to Chip One

3CX, developer of the Windows VoIP PBX 3CX Phone (News - Alert) System, recently announced that 3CX Phone System and 3CX Call Center Module have given great benefits to Chip One Exchange (Chip One), an exchange company and stocking distributor of electronic components.

The solutions were installed at Chip One’s offices in Neu-Isenberg, Germany, China, Dubai, Hong Kong and the U.S.

3CX Phone System is an open standard unified communications platform for Windows that works with standard SIP phones and replaces any proprietary PBX (News - Alert). The system is more manageable than standard PBX systems and delivers substantial cost savings while increasing productivity.

This free VoIP phone is available for Windows, iPhone or any Android-based smartphone such as Google Nexus, Sony Xperia, Motorola (News - Alert) Droid or Samsung Galaxy.

The 3CX Call Center module also provides professional call center features at an affordable price. With the solution, users can monitor queue status and review the number of callers in that queue. Customers can hang up and retain their position in the queue as well.

They will be called back when an agent becomes available, via notification emails sent to the supervisor.

"The implementation of the 3CX Phone System in our company has improved the efficiency and communications between our branches worldwide and has cut down our call costs significantly," said Volkan Sanverdi, CFO at Chip One. "It gave us several new features which enabled us to overhaul and improve our inter-branch communication. Utilizing its trunking and advanced call routing features, we were able to lower our telephony cost by about a four-figure sum per month. With 3CX Phone System, we can provide a greater level of service to our customers."

3CX also recently launched the 3CX Mobile Device Manager, an online service that allows users to easily manage, secure, monitor, find and track any iPhone or Android (News - Alert) devices by offering 2,500 free mobile device management accounts to parents. The 3CX Mobile Device Manager can remotely track any child with an iPhone or Android phone (2.1 and up) via GoogleMaps, and can provide a complete history of where he or she has been.

This free 3CX Mobile Device Manager (News - Alert) account, which includes all available features, is valid until March 31, 2013.
