AbacusVoice will serve users as a hosted turnkey solution, further enhanced with always-on technical support without expenses on onsite systems and maintenance staff. AbacusVoice is a cost-effective solution that lets customer firms focus on their core competencies and business, while it takes care of telephony requirements.

Fully scalable, AbacusVoice serves as an all-in-one solution, using which firms can add and upgrade features seamlessly when available. Call traffic also gets routed over a secure private network and hence not disturbed by traffic disruption.

This in turn produces an optimum quality voice and sound experience.

AbacusVoice features multiple critical offerings that suit the requirements of hedge funds, such as optimized Cisco (News - Alert) IP handsets, and full color, multi-line and touchscreen handsets designed for ease of use.

In addition, customized automated attendants ensure that all calls reach the right people at the right time. The conferencing facilities allow calls to be set up ad hoc or scheduled in advance. Phonebooks, directories and call logs enable access to firm contacts and employee extensions, via a phone or Web interface.

 Call logs show dates and times of missed, received and placed calls, while displaying historical inbound call data.

Leveraging the optimized business intelligence features of AbacusVoice, users can export data on demand to analyze detailed call records that are organized by call time, destination, caller and so on for convenient perusal, added officials.
