Tulip Integrates ShoreTel's Unified Communication Platform across 24 Sites

Tulip Ltd, a premier food producer in the UK, selected ShoreTel's UC platform to improve its customer service and internal communication among its employees.





ShoreTel is a provider of unified communications platforms, including business phone systems, applications and mobile unified communication, or UC. The solution is inexpensive, easy to maintain, and is expected to help Tulip remain a modern, connected and a geographically diverse business.

Officials at Tulip said that the company integrate ShoreTel’s Unified Communication platform across its 24 sites in order to keep up with its own growth. ShoreTel UC solution will allow real-time management of all communications channel, including email, voice and Web chat, which will enable a better and more responsive customer experience.

"We chose ShoreTel because they matched all our requirements, and frankly, no other supplier came close," said Tony Brown, IT director at Tulip, in a statement. "We can now leverage this in the future by implementing the conference bridge which will allow us to link all the sites together for communication purposes, as well as enhancing our profile and the service we can deliver to our retail customers."

ShoreTel’s UC solution leverages the power of VoIP to integrate communication tasks. It will help Tulip successfully meet all their basic requirements by helping them reduce implementation time and cost as well as by allowing them seamless communication across their 24 sites.
