Digium (News - Alert), Inc., a provider of Asterik communication systems, recently honored as many as 18 channel partners in five categories in its annual Pinnacle Partner award program. The award winners were selected based on their 2012 sales performance as well as their commitments toward customer satisfaction.
Digium’s channel partners are certified to sell Digium's full offering of unified communications (UC) and VoIP solutions, Asterisk (News - Alert) hardware, IP phones, gateways, telephony cards and redundancy appliances in the global markets. The resellers also deliver Asterik-based customized solutions to clients. As a part of Digium’s 3-tier Partner Program, the partners also can sell Digium phones, hardware and third-party products designed to build custom communications solutions. With full access to Digium’s training resources, partners enjoy a competitive advantage in today's growing VoIP and business phone market.
Pinnacle Partner awards are presented to the distributors, resellers and direct marketers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America in the following categories:
- Partner of the Year
- Direct Marketing Partner of the Year
- Distributor of the Year
- Rising Star Distributor of the Year
- Pinnacle Circle of Excellence
Of all five, the most coveted The Pinnacle Partner of the Year award is given to the partner achieving the highest revenue, the top certifications and highest level of qualification in the partner program in their respective geographic territory.
“These awards demonstrate Digium's commitment to the growth and recognition of our channel partners who are contributing to our remarkable growth. We are happy to have the opportunity to present these awards to those organizations that have shown a commitment to growing their Digium business and expanding our worldwide customer base. We have seen significant growth of our Switchvox (News - Alert) UC solutions because customers are looking for feature-rich, affordable alternatives for their business phone systems,” director of worldwide channel sales for Digium Jim Butler noted in a statement.
