In the last few years, technology has brought significant change to the entertainment industry. Today’s consumers are getting convenient access to an enormous variety of entertainment in the comfort of their own home.
Lyfe Communications is set to bring another change, in the way residents of the Legacy Springs Apartment complex in Riverton, Utah, watch TV.
Under a new agreement, Lyfe Communications has increased its bandwidth and overall service capacity with the apartment complex. In its capacity as a developer and provider of next-generation media services, promising to integrate TV, high-speed Internet and voice services, the company will be serving over 200 customers in the complex.
The company will implement its services in the second quarter of 2013.
In addition, Lyfe Communications will deliver additional services with subscription telephony and other telecom services to residents of this community. The company will also utilize its new partnership with Integra Telecom (News - Alert) IP network, the company’s first deployment of expanded services in the Utah market under that partnership.
Lyfe Communication is a technology company that develops, deploys and operates a proprietary converged network services platform delivering next-generation media and communications services to subscribers, through a single broadband connection, across various connected home and portable devices.
Garrett Daw, EVP of Operations at Lyfe Communications, said in a statement, “We are excited to be able to expand our service offering to Legacy Springs apartment complex. Legacy Springs allows Lyfe to grow its existing customer base in Utah while strengthening our relationship with Integra. For Lyfe to be able to provide quality data services to an exceptional property like Legacy Springs and its 200 tenants is a tremendous growth opportunity for our company.”
