ANPI, a provider of SIP, VoIP and hosted IP communication and application services, recently hired on another new member to its team, Kristen Welty, who joins the company as vice president of operations for its business solutions group.
In this role, Welty will oversee account coordination, technical support, provisioning, field services, and test and turn up.
Bringing over 10 years of experience in telecommunications operations management to the table, Welty will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that the ANPI customer experience remains at a high level.
"Service delivery is one of the most critical experiences customers will have with ANPI," said Welty in a statement. "The new installation experience can set the tone for the rest of the relationship between ANPI and its customers; thus, it is the role of the Service Delivery team to create and execute a well orchestrated, thoughtful and complete implementation plan for each customer."
Welty eared holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from Stephen F. Austin State University. Prior to joining ANPI, she was senior director of market operations at CBeyond, a role in which she managed the activity of more than 100 market operations personnel in 14 cities.
ANPI has been adding to its team a lot lately, recently hiring on Chad Krantz as national channel director, in addition to six regional managers, with Ed Kane as southeast region channel manager, Thomas Jeffries as south region channel manager, Michael Sargenti as northeast region channel manager, Stephen Hendler as central region channel manager, Suzanne Condon as west region channel manager, and Judy Wagner as northwest region channel manager.

ANPI SIP Trunking customers can look forward to unlimited and metered long distance options, as well as low-priced packages including unlimited international calling to over 35 countries.
