Recently, Presence Technology’s Suite 9 solution for Contact Centers was chosen as a recipient of the 2012 Unified Communications Product of the Year Award, sponsored by TMC’s (News - Alert) INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
Speaking on this occasion, Mike Mandato, executive vice president at Presence Technology, said they are honored that the latest version of Presence has been recognized as one of the most innovative products on the market.
Today, Presence Technology (News - Alert) provides Multichannel Contact Center software. Its Web Agent solution has been designed to seamlessly work with the existing Web browser regardless of the operating system. This solution promises several benefits to its clients, including the way they manage their customer service goals.
All three factors – time, expense and effort – can be improved by using Web Agent. In addition, Presence 9.2 will improve processes as well as ensure 24/7 availability of services.
