Hampton Business Center Inks Deal with Telonline for IP Telephony Solution

TelOnline (News - Alert), a provider of VoIP business phone systems and telecommunications solutions, signed a deal with Hampton Business Center, for the deployment of its IP telephony solution.


Hampton Business Center leases professional executive office suites from 100 sqft up to 300 sqft and Virtual offices. The center was in need of a unified communications solution that could easily manage, control and manage its tenants. By contracting with TelOnline, the Center aims to enhance its business phone systems and unified communications in its office suites with over 60 tenants in Pembroke Pines.

The solution provided by TelOnline includes: Switchvox SMB AA305, Digium’s (News - Alert) D50 and D70 Series and a call accounting system.

“We are excited to implement this custom unified telecommunications solutions for Hampton Business Center. It’s easy to manage and gives better service and features to their tenants,” Juan Carlos Castañeda, president at TelOnline said in a statement.

TelOnline’s Switchvox SMB AA305 is based on Asterisk (News - Alert), a widely adopted open source communications software. It supports up to 45 concurrent calls and up to 150 users. It also supports up to 10 call recordings and up to 15 simultaneous conference calls participants.

SMB AA305 has real time Switchboard application for every user and can be managed through web interface and through smart phones like Blackberry, iPhone (News - Alert) & Android. It also includes a custom panel for screen pop up.

Hampton Business Centers also required a phone that was simple to configure and could be easy to interchange between different offices without doing any wire changes to them, which is why TelOnline provided them with Digium’s D50 and D70 series.

Additionally, the center’s telephony service will now have an OfficeWatch call accounting system that will allow the company to track and bill back tenants’ international and domestic phone calls.
