Flowroute has entered into a strategic alliance with Grandstream Networks (News - Alert). The GXP IP phones and HT502 Analog Telephone Adapter or ATA from Grandstream have now been certified for use with the ground-breaking business VoIP services from Flowroute. Hence, business customers can incorporate Grandstream IP voice offerings with Flowroute’s business VoIP service in a straightforward manner.

The privately-held Flowroute has thousands of business customers worldwide. It powers a ground breaking and robust network, planned and developed with an aim to deliver an extremely stable contemporary telephony experience. Communications signals are directly transmitted to destination carriers through Flowroute’s globally distributed network with the help of the organization’s high-tech carrier-grad platform. SIP trunking for origination and termination, local and toll-free numbers, E911, caller-ID; and supplementary improved services are also offered by Flowroute.

In a statement, Sean Hsieh, CMO, Flowroute said, “Flowroute is committed to giving our customers the tools they need to build strong business connections, which is why we’re thrilled to announce the certified compatibility of Grandstream GXP IP Phones and ATAs with Flowroute’s telecommunications services. It is imperative that businesses have confidence in every part of their telephone system. Service is the lifeblood of any connection, but it all falls apart without the right hardware.”

When beginning to leverage the company’s suite, customers will gain access to advanced HD audio, PoE, XML personalization and sophisticated security safeguarded by Grandstream’s GXP Enterprise IP Phones, namely the GXP2100 and GXP1400. Grandstream’s IP phones also deliver simplified administration and computerized provisioning choices with TR-069 or HTTPs, productivity applications and several other sophisticated telephony features at an economical price. Due to the fact that Grandstream’s HT502 Analog Telephone Adapter has also received certification, customers can use existing analog phones with Flowroute’s VoIP services.

David Li (News - Alert), CEO, Grandstream added, “Grandstream is excited to extend our family of GXP IP Phones and ATAs to Flowroute’s customers throughout North America. As a hardware manufacturer, we look to partner with service providers who are driving innovation throughout the VoIP industry, and that is exactly what Flowroute is doing through their innovative call-routing network. Their carrier-grade VoIP platform offers users top-notch voice and data quality, and is perfectly supported and delivered by Grandstream’s award-winning IP phones and ATAs.”
