One Stop Voice, a business phone services provider, recently announced that Vantage Retirement Plans has selected its Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system. The installation of the system is already completed. Phoenix-based Vantage provides retirement plan administration and recordkeeping services for individuals and small business owners.
VoIP is a method for taking traditional phone signals and turning them into digital data that can be transmitted over the Internet. Increasingly, small and midsize businesses are turning to Internet-hosted voice services as they offer companies more functionality, flexibility and cost savings than traditional models.
One Stop Voice provides quality low cost VoIP and Cloud Communications as a Service (CCaaS) to companies throughout the country. By replacing traditional phone systems, One Stop Voice adds functionality and increased efficiency from the corporate office to the mobile work force.
"One Stop Voice came highly recommended to us,” said J.P. Dahdah, chief executive officer of Vantage Retirement Plans. "From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was delivered timely and effectively. The One Stop Voice technicians completed the install over the weekend so when my team started on Monday, after their quick tutorial, were up and running with no issues. It has been, and continues to be, a pleasure working with the group at One Stop Voice. We would be pleased to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and efficient VoIP provider.”
“Vantage came to us after they were unhappy with their VoIP provider,” said Joshua Simon, One Stop Voice executive. “They were experiencing constant issues and terrible customer service."
Meanwhile, One Stop Voice recently completed a nine-phone installation for new client Davis Enterprises. One Stop Voice upgraded the company’s telephone technology from a premise-based system to a hosted VoIP solution.
