Voice messaging is an easy and inexpensive way to keep in touch with your loved ones in foreign lands. Apart from being economically sound, voice messages also provide a personal touch, which normal email cannot match.
Voxofon has announced that the company is witnessing considerable improvements in every important business metric during the first half of 2013 compared to the same period of 2012. The company provides apps for international and domestic voice and messaging and it saw the number of cumulative downloads for these apps increasing in the same period.
But unlike many other companies, Voxofon has not compromised on service quality to accommodate increasing sales. In fact, the company has won a best-in-class 4.5 star user rating in iTunes and a 4.2 star rating in Google (News - Alert) play.
The company believes that these positive customer experiences are the main reason for its top-line and bottom-line growth. The total credits purchased have swollen up to 40 percent. At the same time, profits have increased by 50 percent during the first half of 2013, compared to the same period a year ago.
The company’s voice messaging app allows users to make cheap international calls and connect to their friends and family abroad directly from its website. All the users need is a headset with a microphone attached to their computer.
“Connected consumers around the world are responding to our focus on simplicity and flexibility," said Alexey Goloshubin (News - Alert), CEO and co-founder of Voxofon. "Many people want to have a tool they can use to talk and message their friends, relatives and business associates, some of whom have smartphones, others who have only feature phones, and yet others who need to be reached via traditional landlines or their PCs - and we are the best solution across all those platforms.”
Recently, the company announced its state-of the art text messaging solution for popular smartphones.
