The system is available to download and is CTI ready, allowing clients to control their IP desk phone from the client.

The new solution boasts many features such as a new interface with improved Android and iPhone user experience, a native app for a more seamless and responsive user experience, and easy call forwarding setup from client’s smartphone. The 3CX Phone System 12 detects if it’s not on the LAN and changes its configuration automatically. It can also be provisioned from anywhere; all users have to do is simply click on a provisioning attachment.
