ShoreTel-based infrastructure. The company has also customized a Survivable Remote Telephony solution specifically optimized for the client’s needs. This customization is aimed at ensuring business continuity and speeding disaster recovery.
With the Smoothstone solution the Lottery has a redundant voice trunk for all their offices through router enhancements which offer automatic failover in the event MPLS WAN or Internet links are lost.
Shelly Godfrey, chief operating officer of Smoothstone said that they want to give their clients a solution that best meets their needs, regardless of the requirements, even if it involves creative customization.
