Superclick Networks, a Montreal-based technology company offering IP infrastructure management solutions to hospitality industry, has reportedly entered into a strategy alliance with TeleMatrix, a provider of analog, SIP, DECT (News - Alert) SIP, and Digital Centrex telephones, to support the Teledex ExpressNet high-speed Internet access customer and guest support footprint.

Teledex ExpressNet provides a family of solutions aimed at delivering dependable, high-performance, marketable high speed data services to hospitality. It includes both wireless and wired solutions needed to deploy cutting-edge broadband connectivity and services over virtually any existing telecom infrastructure, say company officials.

Michael Cohen, vice president, sales and marketing, Superclick (News - Alert) Networks, said this agreement is an important move for not only Superclick Networks and TeleMatrix but for the hospitality industry in general.

“The partnership with TeleMatrix will ensure Teledex ExpressNet HSIA customers, stable and seamless access to ongoing efficient guest support for their existing ExpressNet installations through our world class, multi-lingual, North American based, HSIA customer support center,” Cohen said.

Superclick Networks will also provide immediate ExpressNet HSIA customer support, plus ongoing Teledex ExpressNet product support and deployment services for any pending and future projects, he said.

“This is the exclusive Teledex-endorsed move for ExpressNet customer service and product support,” Jose Quiros, chief operating officer, TeleMatrix, said in a statement. “As a global leader in the delivery of guest internet management systems, Superclick Networks provides Teledex ExpressNet customers with a support team that demonstrates a capability and willingness to deliver exceptional products, installation, service, and support.”

In September, Teledex announced that Teledex iPhone (News - Alert) SIP LD4000 series and SIP ND2000 series and the SIP NDC2000 series VoIP phones have successfully completed compatibility testing through the Nortel Developer Program and have attained the title “Nortel (News - Alert) Compatible Product.”
