Tribair Voices Concern over VoIP Block by Governments

Tribair, a Canadian based VoIP service provider, has recently announced the launch of a new self-adaptive technology app to overcome VoIP blockages. Tribair has had concerns regarding the block of VoIP by a few carriers and governments in other countries and has accordingly introduced a new self-adaptive technology app for iPhone, Android (News - Alert) and Blackberry, which will enable users to make VoIP calls irrespective of blockages.

In a release, the CEO of Tribair, Eric Reiher, said, "We strongly believe in freedom of speech. With freedom of speech must also come the freedom to make free and inexpensive phone calls around the world. Freedom of speech is the first step towards freedom for the people. More specifically, we are trying to solve the problem for users who are blocked from making legal phone calls by telcos or Internet service providers. These problems occur more than people think all over the world, in countries like Brazil, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and South Korea to name only a few."

Tribair feels that freedom of speech and the right to make free and inexpensive phone calls around the world should be offered to customers, and with this in mind, Tribair has launched its latest VoIP app.

Now governments or any other independent organizations can no longer have full control the telecom industry of a country.

Tribair’s new technology adapts to the changes in the Internet on a regular basis to provide a safe way to call from any country. This will enable users to make free and inexpensive phone calls through the Internet.

Tribair offers highly competitive, long distance rates that are almost 45 percent cheaper when compared to Skype (News - Alert). The company also offers free calling between users, free chat, video and voice chat messages between users, and a global community which enables Tribair members who open their Wi-Fi to the community earn up to 20 percent of all paid calls revenues made on their network.

Tribair’s VoIP app has been designed specifically for smartphone users including iPhone, Android, and BlackBerry (News - Alert), enabling users to make calls using any Wi-Fi network or 3G or better network. The company owns more than 50,000 Wi-Fi hotspots around the world, and said it has been recognized as the top “productivity app” in several countries and continues to grow everywhere.
