Acclaim Telecom Services Announces PCI Compliancy


The well known IVR application development and IVR hosting solutions provider, Acclaim Telecom Services recently achieved PCI (News - Alert) compliance certification after successfully completing a rigorous Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for Service Providers audit.


Originally created by the five global payment companies- American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard (News - Alert) Worldwide, and Visa Inc-the PCI DSS has facilitated industry adoption of security measures that protect sensitive consumer account data.

Acclaim Telecom Services is now Level 2 PCI DSS compliant and is a VISA approved Validated Service Provider, the company proudly announced in a press release. The certification qualifies the company to provide services to clients that require PCI compliance and enhanced data security.

The company has been undergoing security measure upgrades and enhancements for its hosted solutions and cloud computing offerings and this certification is part of this ongoing upgrading process. The certification confirms the company’s credibility in securely managing the storage, processing and transmitting of credit card information.  

Acclaim Telecom is a trusted supplier of cost-effective DTMF and speech-enabled IVR solutions. The company’s offerings include cost effective IVR hosting to new IVR application designs implementation from the scratch. The company has been in the industry for over 15 years.
