F5 Boosts Sales of F5 Security Solutions, Launches Incentive-Based Partner Program

In its commitment to providing solutions that unite network, applications, data and users under one unified security strategy, F5, a global Application Delivery Networker (ADN), introduced VAULT, a new global security partner program.

F5 already has a global partner program called UNITY, under which F5 offers incentives and rewards to its Platinum, Global, Gold and Silver partners. As a part of UNITY, the VAULT program has been adopted exclusively for F5’s worldwide channel partners in an effort to offer them new business opportunities.

The reward-based program encourages joint sales of F5’s security solutions. Members of VAIULT will be provided with necessary training resources enabling them to support joint sales initiatives. They will also be eligible to lucrative rewards for boosting joint sales of F5 solutions.

VAULT will also offer its members two types of incentives – F5 ELEVATE and Expanded Sales Incentives – according to a press release. Qualifying deals include F5’s data center firewall solution and a new security bundle, including F5’s BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Application Security Manager (ASM) and Access Policy Manager (APM).

F5 ELEVATE has been designed to offer immediate payouts to partners that achieve joint sales engagement. With F5 ELEVATE, these partners can earn F5 AGILITY points for initiating and closing F5 security deals and specific sales and business development activities.

F5 AGILITY points may be redeemed and assigned to the partner’s program-funded MasterCard.

F5’s solutions help integrate disparate technologies to provide greater control of the infrastructure, improve application delivery and data management, and give users seamless, secure and accelerated access to applications from their corporate desktops and smart devices.

“Enterprises are squarely focused on securing their IT infrastructures, and VAULT gives F5’s channel partners an incredible opportunity to drive new business, increase their technical aptitude and enjoy rewards for joint sales engagements,” SVP of Worldwide Partner Organization at F5 Dean Darwin said in a statement.

F5 recently released the latest version of its F5 BIG-IP product family, certified by ICSA Labs as a network firewall. With this release, customers are better equipped to protect their public-facing websites from massive cyber attacks. The newly certified solution handles nearly eight times more traffic at half the cost of the closest competitor’s solution, company officials said.
