Commtouch , a provider of messaging and Web security technology, launched its GlobalView URL Filtering solution for security vendors and service providers.

 

The solution leverages Commtouch’s (News - Alert) messaging security and OEM partnership experience, its Data Cloud architecture, to provide secure protection against Web threats.

 

Traditional URL filtering solutions face challenges when addressing the fast-paced changes of the Internet, like the range of user-generated content and the increasing trend of malware hidden within legitimate sites.
