“Offering compatibility, standardization and cost effectiveness for hardware support and maintenance are the primary reasons KDDI America chose Juniper Networks, whose name is synonymous with simplicity, reliability and state-of-the-art performance,” Sanematsu added.

Capable of meeting the network requirements for enterprises of all sizes, the Total Managed Security Router service benefits small and mid-size enterprises specially – by outsourcing the installation, maintenance and monitoring of their entire network infrastructure at a cost savings.

Even, mid-size and large enterprises can leverage this new service to reduce overall network maintenance costs, while enhancing the network's accessibility, performance and security, said officials.

“KDDI America's Total Managed Security Router service gives customers the help they need to cope with infrastructure complexity, demanding compliance requirements, and scarce IT resources so they can focus resources and energy on their core mission,” Scott Lucas, director of product marketing, Juniper Networks, said.

Officials with KDDI America said that it is scheduled to introduce the Total Managed Security Router suite of security and access services, including Anti Spam, Anti Virus, Log Audit, Additional LAN Port, and Redundancy at the end of first quarter 2010.
