Communology Joins Acision Innovation Network

Communology, a specialist in carrier-grade application development, announced that it joined the Acision Innovation Network to develop device-specific software clients for Acision (News - Alert) Message Plus.
Acision Message Plus, a mobile messaging solution, offers personalized messaging experience with functionalities such as copy, divert and auto-reply. It also offers a unified user interface for personalizing multiple messaging channels like SMS, MMS and SIP.

Communology offers client software for demanding mobile services such as Visual Voicemail, instant messaging, unified communications, social networking, infotainment, mobile TV and mobile marketing, company officials stated.
Using prefabricated testing processes, the company helps mobile operators keep pace with innovation. It assists to reduce the time-to-market of device-specific client apps for platforms such as Android, Blackberry OS, Brew, Java ME, Symbian (News - Alert), Windows Phone 7, and others.

Acision’s Message Plus client-server solution empowers mobile operators to provide a high quality messaging experience with more control, flexibility and productivity to users, according to company officials.
Back in November, Acision formed an alliance with Sandvine (News - Alert), a provider of broadband network tools for fixed and mobile operators, TMCnet reported.
The deal provides operators with detailed traffic insight and capabilities such as traffic flow control, subscriber control, service creation and differentiation, as well as intelligent content optimization for mobile networks, company officials said.
