Loadbalancer.org Provides Full IPv6 Support with Firmware v7.0

Loadbalancer.org is providing full IPv6 support through the release of Firmware v7.0.

The company specializes in providing high-performance, affordable, load balancing solutions to the SMB market, and with this release it adds more top-end features and functionality to its offerings.

A significant feature of Firmware v7.0. is support for Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) (SIP) Caller-ID persistence.

Pricing for Loadbalancer.org’s solutions begin at $1,495 and the company expects its new useful features will complement the already popular ones such as the unique USB disaster recovery method.

The company claims that it is the most easy to use product currently available on the market. Its clients will further appreciate the Loadbalancer.org Enterprise product family that now boasts a redesigned highly flexible Web interface for configuring VLANs and multiple subnets.

This interface has been designed to provide even easier navigation to some new and attractive features.

“By providing full IPv6 support, Loadbalancer.org are now bringing even more top-end features and functionality to the affordable load balancing market,” said Jake Borman, Loadbalancer.org sales director. “And with the recent release of our Enterprise 10G – a fully customizable, fully backwards compatible product, offering your choice of 10Gb NICs - IT organizations can now fully future-proof their infrastructure at an affordable price point.”

Loadbalancer.org notes that the entire Enterprise product family is now offering an advanced level of persistence (session affinity) for IP-based communications leveraging SIP.
