BroadConnect Telecom Offers Avaya Compliant SIP Trunking Solutions

By Rajani Baburajan SIP Trunking Report Contributor

Hosted business telecommunications provider, BroadConnect Telecom is now offering Avaya compliant SIP trunking solutions.

The company’s SIP trunking solutions are compliance-tested with key collaboration and contact center solutions from Avaya which include: Avaya Aura Communication Manager r6.0.1, Avaya Aura Session Manager r6.1, and Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise r4.0.5.

BroadConnect Telecom is a technology partner in the Avaya DevConnect program, which allows partners to develop, market, and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology.

As a Technology Partner of DevConnect program, BroadConnect Telecom is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. Each of these products goes through a comprehensive test plan developed by Avaya to verify whether it is Avaya compatible.

BroadConnect’s SIP Trunking solutions provide a quality connection to the PSTN while delivering advanced IP features along with traditional features found on Analog and PRI Lines. The solution helps businesses increase productivity and savings while ensuring flexibility in their communications systems.

“SMBs no longer have to perfectly fit into a solution tailored for a larger enterprise,” said Ravi Prasher, president of BroadConnect Telecom, in a statement. “The days of SMB’s paying large service fees and getting over served, are a thing of the past.”

Prasher added that BroadConnect Telecom’s SIP trunking service provides SMBs with enterprise quality hosted solutions with substantially lower costs. “They fully understand that our service is both flexible and scalable and can easily fit into their growing needs.”

According to Prasher, Avaya’s DevConnect Program enables and supports the market reach of every Tech Company and developer alike. The end-to-end solutions offered by this platform have supported Avaya’s customers.

In a similar development in the industry earlier this year, IntelePeer announced that its IntelePeer CoreCloud SIP trunking services are compliant with key unified communications solutions from Avaya. The new solution, which is compatible with existing communication systems, can seamlessly connect legacy and next-generation solutions and deliver end-to-end communications through a Cloud platform.
