Central London co-location data center City Lifeline has announced a strategic partnership with Gamma, a next generation network communications provider.

This new partnership will provide Gamma with first rate co-location services, which will in turn boost its reliability and recommendations among potential channel partners, according to company officials.

Roger Keenan, managing director at City Lifeline, said that thanks to this partnership,

both countries can benefit from one another’s expertise, locations and connectivity. He also expects that this new relationship will help boost the productivity of two ambitious U.K. businesses - “which shows our economy is really getting back on track.”

“The new relationship enhances both our company’s portfolio of product offerings and will lead to further business opportunities for us both,” Keenan said.

Gamma will collaborate with City Lifeline to deliver a broad range of voice, mobile and data services, which have been designed specifically to take to market through its channel partners.

“As a company we are dedicated to innovation and efficiency, which is why we chose to partner with a company like City Lifeline, which shares these values so openly,” said Alan Mackie, head of SIP Services at Gamma. “Thanks to the help of City Lifeline, the company can take its market leading services to the next level.”

Gamma is a provider of provision and supply of SIP Trunking services to mid-market enterprises and hosted voice and application service providers. The addition of SIP Trunking services to a co-location infrastructure will add cost effective, easy to deploy voice services.

Company officials expect that this will enable the support of their customers that work across more than one location and will allow the company to drive more colocation space sales. “The trend for SIP Trunking is accelerating at a rapid rate, so a service that allows us to save money and improve service really is invaluable,” Mackie said

Earlier in June, City Lifeline and 4D Data Centres offered co-location services on each other’s sites through a strategic partnership.
