TouchTone Unveils Dynamic PRI Solution

TouchTone Communications, a full-service voice and data services provider, unveiled its new Dynamic PRI solution, congregating IP service in an amalgamation of Internet access, local and long-distance on a single, dynamically allocated circuit.

The IP platform by TouchTone has been engineered to intelligently allocate bandwidth built on call volume or Internet usage guaranteeing optimum use of available bandwidth at all times to deliver a dynamic, scalable and cost-efficient communications solution.

The circuit effortlessly connects to most existing phones, PBXs and key systems, permitting clients to safeguard their investment and maximize their phone's capabilities.

"TouchTone's Dynamic PRIs are smart and economical because they allow customers to better manage and consolidate their voice and data over one network,” said Ken McCormack, TouchTone's vice president of Sales and Marketing. “These circuits are based on bandwidth rather than on the limitation of a fixed number of lines or channels. When phones are idle, additional bandwidth is available for data applications and Internet browsing."

The most obvious advantage that the Dynamic PRI solution has over other traditional platforms is that customers do not pay for the number of voice lines needed at any given time, as the solution revolves around bandwidth. Clients also don’t have to opt for any calling plan because TouchTone offers single flat-rate local and long distance calling.

Some of the calling features include toll-free numbers, Caller ID, Remote Call Forwarding, Direct Trunk Overflow and many more. Multiple connectivity options are available including T1, DS3, Ethernet and MPLS.

"At a T1 level of IP connectivity a Dynamic PRI provides up to 24 simultaneous calls," said McCormack.

Patrons can choose port speeds from 1.544 Mbps to 100 Mbps, and depending on their needs, a private or public IP solution.

"We are always looking for new ways to give back to our agents – both through our product offering and commission and bonus programs," McCormack added. "Dynamic PRIs will enable agents to stay competitive and aggressively compete for voice and data business among enterprise customers."
