ESI and Vintalk Announce SIP Trunking Interoperability

ESI, a designer and manufacturer of high-performance telephone systems and cloud services for small- to medium-sized businesses (SMB) and organizations, has announced the certification of interoperability of a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking solution by Vintalk – a provider of wholesale, business and consumer IP communication services – with ESI’s family of VoIP systems and products.

SIP (Session-Initiated Protocol) trunking merges the existing telephone infrastructure onto a data network for high-quality voice communications. By removing all or just a few expensive analog phone lines, business can experience immediate cost savings of up to 60 percent.

Vintalk has a free 30-day limited SIP Trunk trial offer for authorized resellers.

“The Vintalk solution provides ESI users enterprise telephony capabilities with cost-effective SIP Trunking services,” said Jason Hearon, director of Sales for ESI.

“This certification substantiates the seamless integration of ESI’s phone systems and Vintalk’s SIP Trunking solution, providing business customers with the confidence that they have reliable telephone service and equipment,” continued Hearon.

That’s because an ESI Communications Server, the ESI-1000, the ESI-600, the ESI-200, the ESI-100 or theESI-501, can be a traditional digital business phone system, a fully standards-based IP telephony system, or any mix of the two.
