Diving right in SIP trunking news this week, Quickcomm has decided to expand its professional services and will now give customers more visibility into their strategies and global telecommunication expenditures. According to an article from TMC contributor Calvin Azuri, Quickcomm’s new services will ”provide functions like baseline analysis, audit and optimization, benefits realization, contract services, resourcing services and telecommunications.”     


“Quickcomm has the people, processes and systems in place to fully support the telecommunications needs of enterprise organizations even as the mobile landscape continues to evolve. In other news, voice and Audio processing solutions company, Audience, has unveiled its latest product, the earSmart eS515, and claims that it’s “the world’s first smart sound processor.” The new earSmart will showcase a number of features, including three simultaneous microphone processing, optimized Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), mobile audio zoom and super wideband support for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

 “The earSmart eS515 Smart Sound Processor is the first product to offer our Advanced Voice technology integrated with a complete audio codec subsystem – it takes us to the next stage in sound processing, providing our customers with a level of performance, integration, efficiency and auditory presence never before experiences,” said Peter Santos, president and CEO at Audience.

FreedomPop has partnered with mobile communications expert, textPlus, to change the way customers save on mobile services from here on out. The goal is to be able to provide customers access to completely free mobile data, texting as well as calling services.
