Dialogic Appoints Robert Dennerlein as New Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Companies providing rich media communication services to clients have witnessed a splurge in business transactions in recent years. To manage expanding businesses, many such companies are appointing senior, experienced staff.

Daologic has appointed Robert M. Dennerlein as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dennerlein has considerable experience in finance and accounts and he will use this experience in managing the company’s continued market leadership and financial growth.

Mr. Dennerlein has held various positions and has been in this field for more than 25 years. He has worked as a CFO and turnaround specialist and in his new position; he sees lots of promise for Dialogic (News - Alert). He believes the company has a perfect portfolio of technologies, which cater well to the needs of the customers.

Mr. Dennerlein believes that Dialogic’s product portfolio keeps the company an in ideal position for growth. He speaks from his experience, having served as chief financial officer at Raritan, Inc. and earlier as CFO at Globix. He was also in senior management and finance operations roles with OpNext and Agere Systems (News - Alert).

Dialogic offers various media communication products such as media server software, session border controllers, media gateways and network congestion, softswitches and so on.
