IPitomy Releases New IP290 Enterprise HD Phone for VoIP

IPitomy (News - Alert), a provider of IP PBX solutions and high-definition telephones for VoIP, has announced the addition of the new model IP290 SIP phone to its HD series. This phone, now available to IPitomy dealers, is a robust HD SIP phone suited for many business applications.

The IPitomy HD family of phones supports any business with a wide range of telecommunications needs, ideal for a home office or use by a corporate executive or in a conference room.

The IP290 has a five-line backlit display that can be viewed from any angle, and has four multifunction Soft-Keys. The 290 also supports the g.722 high definition codec for high call quality, and features enhanced audio design with full duplex speaker phone. The IP290 phone can handle two simultaneous calls, and can also be set up as a remote phone without additional licensing.

The IP290 has all of the basic functions required for day to day use, like three-way conferencing, hold, transfer, redial, voicemail and headset keys. Key features of IP290 include 128 X 64  Graphic LCD, four Soft Keys, two SIP Accounts, XML Phone (News - Alert) Book, two-position stand,  high definition voice, headset port,  power over Ethernet, and integrated wall mount. The unit is also designed for the hard use of public areas.
