Cloud9 Phone Offers Discounts for AT&T Business Customers In Connecticut

Cloud9Phone announced that the company will offer huge discounts and offers for business customers of AT&T wireline services who decide to switch over to Cloud9Phone services. The announcement follows the report by Forbes stating that Frontier Communications would be taking over the business and residential wireline customers of AT&T in Connecticut. According to Forbes, the switch is applicable only to AT&T wireline customers in Connecticut for now; however, the report also predicts that other wireline companies may soon announce the switch over.


Cloud9Phone, in a move to expand its customer base, is offering AT&T customers free installation services, if they choose to switch over before the 28th of February 2014. Following the switch, the customers will be able to retain their AT&T telephone number, opt for premium equipment and get discounted rates on opting for the new Digital Dial Tone Lines, Cloud Hosted VoIP PBX Phone System or SIP PRI T1.5 Circuits for the business infrastructure.

The business customers of AT&T wireline services have an option to choose the service provider before the trade-off to Frontier Communications. Cloud9Phone sees huge potential in tapping this customer base by also offering a help desk based out of Connecticut, offering cloud-based services and better quality of service as compared to the services offered by Frontier Communications. The discounts and offers announced by Cloud9Phone provide a financial incentive to enable the existing wireline business customers of AT&T to make an informed switch-over to a new service provider by choosing the required service as opposed to a forced switch-over to Frontier Communications, where the option for customization of services may not be available.
