Small business owners and their employees use their mobile phones for all their business communication needs although they prefer to install a sophisticated business phone system, which may be cost prohibitive.
Voxox has unveiled a new Internet telephony offering that serves the needs of such small businesses which have one to ten employees. As a comprehensive cloud-based rich communication service for consumers and businesses, Voxox has released its Cloud Phone the new virtual PBX (News - Alert) service.
Bryan Hertz, CEO and co-founder of Voxox said, “We know small business owners and entrepreneurs need cost-effective, easy-to-manage solutions so that they can get on with their core business.”
“We wanted to provide entrepreneurs with a basic yet professional phone service that addresses their telephony needs. Cloud Phone (News - Alert) takes full advantage of our powerful unified communications service delivery platform, but its small-scale design and all-Web interface makes it perfect for a small business on a budget,” Hertz added.
According to officials the Cloud Phone will provide specific telephony features to business users such as optimized hosted IP-PBX and SIP trunking business phone systems. The Web-based service will deliver a dedicated telephone number for the business and will support multiple users per account.
It will also integrate sophisticated call routing and voicemail-to-email delivery all in a cost effective solution for small business owners also. The Cloud Phone service will be available in three subscription options in addition to a 30-day free trial.
Cloud Phone’s business features are easy to install and use and does not require major adjustments when more workers or departments are added to the company. Businesses that can use Cloud Phone can be a car detailing service, catering company, financial consulting business, law firm, or any type of business with only one to ten employees.
Also employees can be located in one place or dispersed geographically. The virtual PBX service provided by Cloud Phone can scale into an advanced VoIP system that can support hundreds of phones and office locations.
Recently Voxox’s SIP trunking solution earned compliance with key unified communications solutions from Avaya (News - Alert), a global provider of business collaboration and communications software and services. The Voxox SIP trunking solution has been compliance tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.3 and Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.3.
