WOW! Business Announces Availability of 10 Gbps Ethernet and SIP Trunking Services in Cleveland and Columbus

WOW! Business, a communications and cloud service provider, recently introduced its 10 Gbps Ethernet and Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert) trunking services for businesses in Cleveland and Columbus.

The Ohio cities can now tap into WOW! Business as a new alternative for fast and reliable broadband data and voice services, said the officials.

The WOW! Business Ethernet service is scalable and reduces IT costs to a great extent. It also provides much greater bandwidth for voice, data and cloud computing services.

Delivering speeds up to 10 Gbps, the service is quite affordable as compared to other data networking options such as T1 lines. Additionally, the service can be turned up quickly utilizing a single fiber connection.

Four levels of Class of Service, Network performance visibility through WOW's Customer Monitoring Tool, E-Line, E-LAN, and E-Tree configurations are some of the benefits of WOW! Business Ethernet service.

WOW! Business SIP trunking is a burstable voice service. Business customers, with the help the service are able to manage their network calling capacity and accommodate traffic spikes, in a much better way.

Dedicated voice bandwidth of WOW! Business SIP trunking does not contend with other applications, unlike other voice services such as integrated T1. The service boasts of the availability of multiple call capacity packages that, when combined with the ability to burst, help customers ensure that they aren't purchasing excess capacity.
