Quality, safety methods, and certifications are important for any company. ISO certifications are coveted greatly, and many companies work tirelessly to get ISO certifications for various processes and aspects of their businesses.

Voiceworks has announced that the company is now ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. The company believes that obtaining these certificates has showcased the continuous quality and safety improvement processes in good light. ISO 27001 certification means Voiceworks now meets the highest standard of international safety. This instills more confidence in customers of the company.

Unlike many other companies who get the ISO certification for certain aspects of their business, Voiceworks has been ISO 27001 certified for the entire organization. The company believes that this is an exceptional achievement and means that Voiceworks meets the necessary conditions with all its systems, processes and services.

Voiceworks has established a quality management system that not only caters to the evolving needs of the customer, but it also caters to various rules and regulations. The company strives consistently to enhance the level of customer satisfaction and this certification is a confirmation of Voiceworks’ commitment. The company offers mobile telephony, fixed telephony and data solutions for its customers.

Steve Pit, COO of Voiceworks and supervisor of the ISO processes said: 'By reflecting on our processes we immediately made ??various efficiency and quality improvements, such as the implementation of a knowledge-sharing platform, service level agreements for our services and efficiency improvements in the order process. In addition, we have mapped clear KPI's for each process which we measure several times. This enables us to carry out improvements in our services continuously.”

Recently, the company introduced Tmedia Gateway Systems, offering some extra power to its customers. Produced by TelcoBridges, this system makes Voiceworks the Netherlands' first MVNE to offer complete Fixed Mobile Convergence to its customers.
