TWCBC Announces New Features for its Business Class Phone

Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable Business Class (TWCBC), a division of Time Warner Cable, has added new features to its Business Class Phone (BCP), a voice solution that helps keep businesses connected and productive wherever they are.


Officials with TWCBC pointed out that businesses with the help of Business Class Phone (News - Alert) can profit from a choice of unlimited local and national calling plans, and more than 30 features, including a new “mobility” package, without the need to invest in new equipment or change existing telephone numbers.

“With the latest enhancements to Time Warner Cable Business Class Phone, customers are reaping the benefits of technology that gives them the freedom of being accessible from any phone or mobile device -- whether they're in the office, at another location, or on the road. Customers remain productive as they configure their calls to meet the needs of their business and enjoy anytime access to their portal,” said Greg King, senior vice president and chief product and strategy officer for Time Warner Cable Business Class, in a statement.

King said that Time Warner Cable Business Class continues to invest in advanced technology and bring world class products to the customers.

Company officials said that Business Class Phone comes with lots of features including-Voice Manager that updates calling features in real time to support business needs with free Business Class Voice Manager portal and downloadable application; Mobility Package, which is designed for the multi-tasking professional, the optional Mobility Package includes simultaneous ring, sequential ring, office anywhere, and personal attendant, which allows the user to be reached by customers and business associates, regardless of location among others.

“Time Warner Cable Business Class Phone features will allow W&W Concept to greatly improve our customer service. Our representatives can remain connected to the office, using the mobility package, as they travel to address our customer's needs,” said Mitchell Rudnick, president of sales for W&W Concept, Inc.

Rudnick said that the ability to manage the phone features using Voice Manager has enhanced the company’s responsiveness and productivity, without the need to invest in expensive equipment or additional labor costs.

Recently Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) announced a new customer loyalty program, PerkZone, which empowers customers with tools and resources to better run their businesses.

The PerkZone program provides a two-part platform with discounts from leading companies and an informational forum tailored for small business owners.
