VoIP Supply Gives Back

VoIP Supply has announced volunteer opportunities to help their neighbors through local charities.

The company will give back to its local Western New York community and intends to continue with this initiative throughout this year.

VoIP Supply’s yearlong community service schedule includes E-Scrap for Camp and Friends of the Night People.

E-Scrap for Camp is an electronic recycling drop-off site to help kids with cancer.

Friends of the Night People is dedicated to help at the Urban Diner, a soup kitchen set up for East Side neighborhoods in Buffalo.

Each Tuesday two employees from VoIP Supply deliver meals to people in North Buffalo and in-house shoe donation helps a local church's collection initiative to benefit small business ventures in developing countries.

"VoIP Supply puts people ahead of profits and that hasn't hurt us; we've proven that a company can still be successful while acting responsibly," said Ben Sayers, CEO of VoIP Supply. "Mostly I'm proud that our people share VoIP Supply's vision by donating their time and helping out local charities."

Other community service schedule of the company includes Hospice Buffalo, Hearts for the Homeless, Buffalo VA and United Way Day of Caring 2014.

The Hospice Buffalo initiative is dedicated to raise money for Hospice patients in Buffalo; Hearts for the Homeless helps provide food and clothing for the poor and homeless in Buffalo; and Buffalo VA is an effort to help the Buffalo VA Medical Center.

The company is also involved in an initiative called United Way Day of Caring 2014 to lend a helping hand at the various events on the annual Day of Caring.

VoIP Supply supplies VoIP equipment and complete VoIP solutions in North America. The company was in news last month for announcing the launch of a customizable PBX solution offering SIP trunking, Analog, or Digital configuration options to SMBs.
