ProVision Communications, a technology services firm, is all set to acquire Phoenix, Ariz.-based 360 Networx.

The company has already reached an agreement to acquire a 100 percent interest in 360 Networx, a systems integration company specializing in mobility solutions, voice communications and data connectivity for the healthcare, mining and oil and gas industries.

The combined entity will be renamed Provision Networks.

“The mobility and security expertise of 360 Networx will significantly enhance our current product offerings, particularly to our hospitality and gaming customers," said Clayton Straub, president, Provision Networks, in a statement.

“At the end of the day, this helps us to provide additional value to our customers, which is our ultimate goal,” said Straub.

Dwayne Knott, 360 Networx principal said that Provision's expertise, commitment to customer care and reputation in the industry made this an easy choice for the management team and the employees.

Organized in 2000 to assist ISP’s and large corporations with the purchase of bandwidth, Provision represented over 40 carriers offering one of the largest provider selections in the country. The team helped its clients select the best quality and most cost effective bandwidth solutions for their business.

As time evolved, it was those same clients that asked for assistance selecting and fulfilling all their telecommunication needs. In 2004, Provision added the full complement of carrier services including voice, data, internet, video and audio conferencing.

The company helped over 500 organizations nationwide, selecting various communication services utilizing an unbiased, carrier neutral consulting methodology.

Provision is a full service network integration firm. The company designs, implements and manages complex technology solutions for businesses, utilizing its expertise in VoIP, wireless and Wide Area Networks. Provision Networks continues to deliver significant value and return on investment to clients through detailed analysis, cost effective solutions and superior customer service.

The company’s fundamentals have stayed the same while the product and professional service offerings have grown.
