Voclarion Unveils Latest Version of Business VoIP Solution

Few years back, VoIP was a treat enjoyed only by the largest of corporations. Of course, the solutions were all expensive, all proprietary, and all inflexible. Today, VoIP has exploded into the SMB space with solutions and providers of all shapes, sizes, levels of quality, and degrees of practicality designed for unique operations.
Voclarion is one such company offering a flexible and economical VoIP solution that suits every organizational need. The company has recently introduced its Version 2.3 Business VoIP Solution.
The company’s VoIP solution delivers features like voicemail-to-email, call recording, click-to-dial browser capability, cell phones as extensions, call queues, or unlimited conferencing, etc. which improves workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
Users can also take advantage of the new features such as G.722 support; web-based switchboard for all users; video support for phone calls; improved multi-language support; improved call center and reporting features and various night modes.
Voclarion has developed two thoughtful VoIP packages that proactively address two very different sets of VoIP shoppers. Users have the option to pick bundled and unbundled packages that helps businesses to improve communications on their own terms.

The company is currently offering automatic upgrade to customers using the hosted offering. They will also receive supporting documentation and training resources to fully leverage the new features. Premise customers are assessed separately to introduce the upgrade.
The company has also announced that it will release the Version 3.0 by second quarter of 2015. This version will be concentrated on video, mobile and cloud integration.
