Zultys Presents the MX-SE, an Enterprise-Class IP Phone System

Zultys (News - Alert), Inc., a leading global provider of all-in-one unified communications (UC) solutions, has introduced the MX-SE to its series of SIP-based IP phone systems. The MX-SE provides a range of business IP telephony services with extensive functionality and unprecedented efficiency, combining the open communication channels of an Internet gateway with the trustworthiness and simplicity of a classic phone system.

Using a single IP-PBX (News - Alert) platform, the MX-SE combines UC fundamentals with high quality VoIP technology in order to provide small and medium-sized businesses (up to 50 users) with an optimized system of communication. In addition to support for T1/PRI and as many as 30 SIP trunks, the phone system boasts many features including integrated voice, fax, voicemail, presence, instant messaging, automatic call recording and the Zultys Mobile Communicator (a business collaboration tool for iOS and Android devices).

As a fully scalable solution, the MX-SE can serve as a component in a company-wide MXNetwork with up to 128 locations and 10,000 employees. For larger enterprises, Zultys offers the MX250, which increases the user capacity to 250 while maintaining the same scalability options as the MX-SE. A single communication system unifies all users, who can log in for access from any location. The MX Administrator enables simple management and maintenance by securely monitoring every aspect of the system in remote locations over LANs or WANs.

The MX-SE as a standalone product can help improve business productivity, but it is most useful when used in conjunction with the Zultys MXIE UC desktop client, MXconference built-in conferencing bridge and Zultys comprehensive contact center solution. For optimal performance the phone system should be fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange, Salesforce.com (News - Alert) and/or other CRM systems.
