Telinta, regarded for its reliable and secure cloud-based billing and switching solutions for VoIP service providers, added to the bevy of announcements emanating from the business technology event, ITEXPO. The global leader announced its Virtual Office solution at the Miami event today.

Telinta’s Virtual Office solution offers users the ability to customize their suite of VoIP services, and coupled with Telinta’s self-service Web portals, provide a user friendly experience that is cost friendly and scalable to the needs of the SMB—including things like configuring an auto attendant, setting up IVR, call forwarding, adding extensions and more.

“Telinta understands that our customers need innovative cloud-based solutions that enable them to better meet the individual needs of small business customers,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta.  “With Virtual Office, Telinta customers can empower their end users to build their own custom-tailored solution in the Cloud.”

In a recent interview with TMCnet, Ferdman offered his excitement for the upcoming release, “We are looking forward to release Virtual Office solution. This innovative solution is designed to allow end users to assemble a customized solution in the Cloud, tailored to meet their specific needs via our brandable Virtual Office portals. Virtual Office will allow VoIP service providers to meet the needs of business customers in new ways.”

This afternoon, Telinta’s VP of Marketing and Sales Anthony Stiso will be moderating the session “Innovative Mobile Solutions for Global Communications” at ITEXPO (News - Alert), and Telinta is located at booth #423. Stiso’s panel discussion will discuss how innovative mobile services like MVNO, OTT, messaging and more are vital for telecom service providers to grow. Join the session to explore how providers can leverage new mobile technologies to secure customers and use mobile to create greater revenue opportunities. Stiso will be joined by Voxbone’s (News - Alert) Hugh Goldstein and IDT’s Jonathan Nierenberg, a session well worth attending.
