Tiger 2020 Pro Verified to Work with Cisco's Unified Communications Manager

Tiger 2020 Pro is a call logging management solution providing an effective way to manage voice traffic, integration and billing in the commercial marketplace. Its long list of features includes real-time IP LAN/WAN connectivity, a Web interface for network-wide reporting and directory look-up, configurable ad-hoc or automatic reporting in several common formats via email, a system status monitor and integration with external directory databases and financial systems.
